New Business:

Radio Frequencies, Burt Bates – please send your list of county frequencies to Burt. We have to switch to a narrow band by January 1, 2013 which requires a change in the license. Fines are $10,000 for each infraction. We have two options: $200 changes our frequency to narrow band, but it would be a shared frequency or Burt would advise spending $600 to get our own frequency.  Licenses are good for 10 years. Motion was made to apply for our own frequency, seconded, carried.

Membership Dues increase, dues are currently $2.50 and have been for numerous years. Proposal to increase dues to $5.00 to cover expenses. This would not take effect this year, but will go into effect for next year. Motioned, seconded, and passed.

Dave Kinney, Elmore County, brought up for discussion different applications of how unit members are called out.
