A moment of silence was held for Jerry Colvin, who is ill.

Boy scout campground hosts spoke to us about the history of the camp and all the people that they serve.

JD and committee presented the hosts with an AED.

Secretary, Brian Lenz – attempting to contact Adams County regarding membership application

Treasurer, Steve Clinkscales- Steve reviewed the balances in the accounts: Total = $6,299.56 with

$443.45 in the general fund, and $5,858 in the training fund.

Sherriff’s Association – no sheriff’s in attendance today, meeting in Moscow, Rick is going to attend, put some items on the docket

Legislature- Rick is going to ask for George or Rod to head up the legislature committee

Scrapbook- Marie has obtained some pictures & information from some previous commanders

 

Jr. Membership-

Search Reimbursement-

Fremont County spoke about the new search reimbursement electronic form that was developed two months ago & announced at the summer convention. This is really simplifying the from process and cleans up the form.

Sep 19, 2009- National Membership meeting in Salmon

Registration Fri night. Sat morning breakfast, lunch provided, 2 hr certification dog training

National Summer Convention- Bountiful, UT celebrating 50 years, likely to be the third weekend in June

National Fall Meeting- Bonneville

This weekend we shared the campground with a family celebrating a reunion. One member of their family took the floor for a moment stating how this had become a positive “Family” experience for them and she presented Sandra Drury with a bouquet of flowers.
